Impressions from the conferences of the last 15 years
On Friday, November 20, 2020, we held the 9th MPM User Conference digitally with over 140 attendees.
The Practitioner Conference traditionally marks the highlight of the MPM study with the presentation of the general study results and insights into current challenges and best practices from practitioners. Many thanks to Dr. Eric Schott, Marc Grathwohl, Matthias Larsch, Jan Imhof, Anes Tanjo, Dirk Ramhorst and Marcel Betschart for their inspiring presentations at the MPM User Conference. In the current MPM study, over 650 questionnaires from executives, portfolio coordinators and project managers from over 100 companies have been evaluated since June 2020. The results show that traditional success factors remain relevant, but new success factors that support agility, adaptivity and ambidexterity are becoming more important in a more turbulent environment.
