II. Rights of users

With regard to the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right to confirmation as to whether data relating to them is being processed, to information about the data processed, to further information about the data processing and to copies of the data (cf. also Art. 15 GDPR), to correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (cf. also Art. 16 GDPR), to immediate deletion of the data relating to them (cf. also Art. 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, to the extent that further processing is necessary pursuant to Art. 17(3) GDPR, to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to receipt of the data concerning them and provided by them and to transfer of such data to other providers/responsible parties (cf. also Art. 20 GDPR), to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe that the data concerning them is being processed by the provider in breach of data protection provisions (cf. also Art. 77 GDPR). However, this obligation does not exist insofar as this notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding the above, the user has a right to information about these recipients. Likewise, according to Art. 21 DSGVO, users and data subjects have the right to object to the future processing of data concerning them, insofar as the data is processed by the provider in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. III. Informationen zur Datenverarbeitung

With regard to the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right to confirmation as to whether data relating to them is being processed, to information about the data processed, to further information about the data processing and to copies of the data (cf. also Art. Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations and no other information is provided below on individual processing procedures.

Contact requests / contact option: If you contact us via contact form or e-mail, the data you provide will be used to process your request.

The provision of the data is necessary for processing and answering your request - without their provision, we can not answer your request or at best limited. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. Your data will be deleted if your request has been answered conclusively and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations, such as in the case of any subsequent contract processing.

Subscription to contributions or newsletters: If you publish contributions on our Internet pages, we also offer you the option of subscribing to any follow-up contributions by third parties. In order to be able to inform you about these follow-up contributions by e-mail, we process your e-mail address. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. In accordance with Art. 7 (3) DSGVO, you can revoke your consent to this subscription at any time with effect for the future. To do so, you only need to inform us of your revocation or click on the unsubscribe link contained in the respective email.

Linking social media via graphic or text link: We also promote presences on the social networks listed below on our website. The integration takes place via a linked graphic of the respective network. The use of this linked graphic prevents a connection to the respective server of the social network from being automatically established when a website with a social media advertisement is called up in order to display a graphic of the respective network itself. Only by clicking on the corresponding graphic will the user be redirected to the service of the respective social network. After the user has been forwarded, information about the user is collected by the respective network. It cannot be ruled out here that processing of the data collected in this way takes place in the USA. This is initially data such as IP address, date, time and page visited. If the user is logged into his user account of the respective network during this time, the network operator may be able to assign the collected information of the specific visit of the user to the personal account of the user. If the user interacts via a "Share" button of the respective network, this information can be stored in the user's personal user account and may be published. If the user wants to prevent the collected information from being directly assigned to his user account, he must log out before clicking on the graphic. In addition, it is possible to configure the respective user account accordingly.

The following social networks are integrated into our site:

LinkedIn

LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Irland, ein Tochterunternehmen der LinkedIn Corporation, 1000 W. Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085 USA.

ActiveGoogle Fonts

On our website, we use Google Fonts to display external fonts. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Google". Through certification under the EU-US Privacy Shield ("EU-US Privacy Shield") https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active, Google guarantees that EU data protection requirements are also complied with when processing data in the USA. To enable the display of certain fonts on our website, a connection to the Google server in the USA is established when our website is accessed. The connection to Google established when our website is called up enables Google to determine from which website your request was sent and to which IP address the display of the font is to be transmitted.

Google offers further information at https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated and https://policies.google.com/privacy, in particular on the options for preventing data use.

OpenStreetMap

For directions, we use OpenStreetMap, a service of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB 4 0 WS, United Kingdom, hereinafter referred to as "OpenStreetMap". When you call up one of our Internet pages in which the OpenStreetMap service is integrated, OpenStreetMap stores a cookie on your end device via your Internet browser. This processes your user settings and user data for the purpose of displaying the page or to ensure the functionality of the OpenStreetMap service. Through this processing, OpenStreetMap can recognize from which Internet page your request was sent and to which IP address the display of the directions should be transmitted.

If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option to prevent the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your Internet browser. Details on this can be found above under the item "Cookies". OpenStreetMap offers further information on the collection and use of data as well as your rights and options for protecting your privacy at https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.
