We define multi-project management as the integrated management of a project landscape through the balanced coaction of strategies, structures, processes, methods, organizational actors and corporate cultures to achieve performance targets of all relevant stakeholders.
Our research focuses on
(1) how MPM is actually practiced,
(2) the impact of success factors in practice,
(3) why certain practices are applied.
We develop an individual weighting and selection of success factors for individual portfolios or departments of your company. We use more informants for even more meaningful results (multilevel survey) and allow longitudinal comparison over a longer period to document the progress and development of your MPM performance.
